Next Day Printed Tees (N.D.P.T.) is located in Chula Vista, California, approximately 9 miles from downtown San Diego. It is a fully self-contained printing operation. Occupying approximately 9,100 square feet, N.D.P.T. can receive preliminary designs by FAX or e-mail, scan them into the primary art computer and manipulate them to produce a screen ready design. The design can then be electronically returned to the customer for approval. Upon approval of the art over the phone, up to 100 dozen white 100% cotton shirts can be printed for next day delivery.
The art department has state-of-the-art equipment including four computers used for art production with over 2,000,000 graphics on CD ROM and disk. All customers; art is converted to computer files for ease of retrieval and manipulation. The finished art is then printed out on one of three Postscript printers and sent to production for screen making.
On the printing and production side of the business, N.D.P.T. has a ten-color M&R Challenger automatic press, one Javelin six color automatic press, one TAS 6 color Jumbo Press, and four manual presses. For drying and curing of our inks, we have two M&R Sprint 28 ft. gas dryers that are "piggy-backed" onto each other to give us 26 feet of hot air for efficient drying of plastisol and water based inks.
Our embroidery company has two embroidery machines. One six head and one single head machine. All machines are made by Barudan, a world leader in embroidery expertise.
