Tim Lewis, President

Timothy B. Lewis, President, was born in April 1948. He grew up in Indiana and graduated from the University of Evansville in Southern Indiana with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Upon Graduation, he entered the Naval Service and completed pilot training in 1971. He retired from the Navy after 20 years of flying in 1991. He has been a board member of the Chula Vista Chamber of Commerce, board member and president of the Chula Vista Aquatic Association, and past president of the Board of Directors of the University of Evansville Alumni Association with over 28,000 members.

Mary J. Lewis, Executive Vice-President, was born in Bloomington, Indiana. "Jane" graduated from the University of Evansville in Evansville, Indiana in 1972, with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. Her present responsibilities include art design, purchasing, and sales.

Chris Celis, Vice-President Production, was born and raised in Manila, Philippines. He graduated from high school at the University of Santo Tomas, one of the world's oldest universities. Chris' main area of study was in Industrial and Management Engineering. In the Philippines, he owned his own screen-printing shop where he employed out-of-school youths. He immigrated to the United States in July of 1994. Chris joined N.D.P.T. in March of '95 as a full-time employee working in all areas of plant operations. Chris was promoted to his present position in August 2003.

Carmen Nichols, Vice President (CFO), joined NDPT in December of 1994. She grew up in Burbank, California and came to San Diego in early 1990. She began as a receptionist and turned to general accounting duties within her first year. She quickly learned accounting procedures and by the time we moved into our current space, she had taken over payroll, accounts payable and receivables, invoicing and budgetary planning. She was promoted to Vice-President and CFO in Feb 2004.
